The mission behind RDeeming Nutrition is to help people cut through the noise of nutrition misinformation, truly understand how food impacts their health, and most importantly - put that knowledge into action by eating nourishing meals that support both their short-term goals and long-term health. Being able to combine my experience as a chef and knowledge as a registered dietitian to bring this mission to life is truly the most rewarding job I could ask for!
In-home cooking services

My in home meal prep service is perfect for those who want fresh, homemade meals without the time, stress, or decision fatigue of daily cooking. Each week, I create customized menus based on your preferences, health goals, and schedule. I’ll handle everything—from planning,shopping, and cooking to cleanup and fridge stocking. When we first get started working together, we will discuss your goals, preferences, food likes and dislikes...etc...so I can best tailor the weekly menus to you!
Depending on what you’re looking for, I will come to your home once or twice a week to prep a week’s worth of meals, snacks, and sides. On the days I come, you can expect to find a cleaned kitchen and a fridge filled with nourishing, dietitian-approved meals, made from scratch when I leave.

I’ve had the privilege of preparing meals for clients over the past five years across Indianapolis, Zionsville, Carmel, Greenfield, and the Fishers/Geist area. Not only am I passionate about cooking, but I also have my masters in dietetics and work as a dietitian. Every client I work with is different, and I honor that in every meal I make.
