I'm Jourdan, the founder of RDeeming nutrition. After years of teaching myself to cook and working with clients across the Indianapolis area, I realized I wanted to go beyond crafting delicious dishes—I wanted to understand how the food we eat actually affects our bodies. That’s when I returned to school to become
a registered dietitian. Now, I get to combine both of my passions:
nutrition and cooking,
and I love every second of it.

Over the past five years, I’ve helped clients across Carmel, Fishers, and Geist—from busy professionals to growing families—enjoy real food that supports long-term health. From post-surgery recovery to postpartum care, I’ve provided nourishing meals that ease stress and promote healing.

How I got here
After graduating from Taylor University in 2020 with a degree in Sustainable Development, I unexpectedly found myself building a business as a personal chef in Indianapolis—turning a passion for cooking into a growing community centered around healthy, nourishing meals. My own relationship with food and my body had been a long, difficult journey marked by restriction, anxiety, and control masked as health.
Through years of unlearning diet culture and reconnecting with what true nourishment looks like, I found freedom and healing—and felt a deep calling to help others do the same. I earned my
Master's in Dietetics from the University of Alabama Birmingham in 2024 and became a
Registered Dietitian with a mission to help people feel empowered and at peace with food. Whether you're overwhelmed by years of dieting or just want to better understand your body, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and care.
